Very friendly practice, always greeted with a warm welcome from Sally. Everywhere is spotless. My dentist Arun is a very calm patient man as I’m quite a nervous patient to put it mildly, Zoe his nurse is lovely so reassuring; Arun and Zoe work extremely well together, it’s good to see they both enjoy their jobs. My hygienist Abitha is a lovely lady who offers some very good advice. If any treatment is required it’s talked through with different options and you have time to decide what option you prefer. Keep up the good work 😀

The dental team as a whole were kind & patience. The building inside & out very modern, clean & tidy. In reception there's a big telly & showing on it lovely scenery & music, very relaxing. If you are a nervous person like me & don't like going to the dentist, this dental practice is the place for you.

My 5 month old daughter and I have been really impressed. The clinic is spotless and modern, the team are fantastic, and you’re made to feel welcome the moment you arrive. They handle adults and babies brilliantly, explain everything clearly, and the care has been first-class every time. I’ll definitely be sticking with them for all our 6-month check-ups.

Our experience was fantastic from 1st phone call to the treatment itself. We needed an emergency appointment & had to have a tooth removed. Given a same day appointment then next day appointment for the removal. The staff were very professional & helpful providing a relaxed and painless experience. Would thoroughly recommend.

Dr Manesh Lad removed a tooth for me and there was no pain at all, the tooth extraction didn't take long at all while Dr Lad was very gentle at the same time, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm. The assistant nurses are very helpful and they make you feel comfortable, reception are great, friendly and welcoming, over the phone and in person. if you are nervous of going to the dentist like I am I highly recommend them , thank you.

I recently had a planned tooth extraction that was successfully carried out by Dr Srinivas Arun. Dr Avun and his team put me completely at ease during the procedure, which was painless and with minimal discomfort afterwards. I am very pleased with the service and care provided by Shepshed Dental.

Modern, spacious, friendly practice. Appointments for hygienist and dentist were on time today.
Dentist, after photos and x- rays, showed and fully explained to me the current state of all my teeth and identified those which will, probably, cause problems in the future. Gave quotation for crown or replacement filling for one needing attention soon - my choice which way to go.

Great dentist. Moved to this dentist a couple of years ago and have had excellent service. My teeth are not the best but Vidy has always been understanding and offers various options concentrating on preventative and restorative care rather than pushing more expensive options as the only solution which seemed to be the approach of my previous dentist. A comprehensive and thorough dental service is always available. Vidy and his team are very friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

The practice and people working there are absolutely flawless! The staff on the reception desk are always welcoming and friendly, but so efficient and helpful too.
The reception area is absolutely spotless, and the large screen with the relaxing ocean creatures and calming music are so soothing, so even before meeting the dentist, I felt so comfortable and at ease.
My teeth are terrible, I just simply didn’t care about them enough in my teens and twenties, but the dentist and his dental nurse are so kind - they offer helpful advice, treatment options, ways to maintain their condition before resorting to things like Root canal, etc, but never in a way that makes me feel ashamed - they’re just so lovely and professional. They even asked about me, my job, etc which is so nice to just be able to chat with such friendly people!
My children also had their 6-month checkups and they were greeted with the same kindness that I was. My son was nervous, he got quite tearful but the dentist was quick to comfort him and reassure him that he was just having a quick look at his teeth. He even asked why he was feeling upset, and although he didn’t really get a response from my son, he was so patient and wonderful!
Gorgeous building, wonderful team, I feel so lucky that my children and I are patients here!

Went yesterday for my filling, absolutely amazing service, Mr Lad has taken on the NHS patients and he is so thorough and explained everything he was doing. He had to refer me to the hospital for treatment for an ulcer on my tongue, although he didn’t think it was cancer he still put it through as urgent. He would normally see me again in six months but asked if I could go back in three months to see what the outcome is.
The assistant was excellent and Sally on reception is so good with everyone that came in.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a professional and friendly dentist, this is the one!
