Keeping your smile bright
Once you have whitened your teeth, a few simple habits can help keep them looking their best:
Brush twice a day with a low-abrasive, whitening-friendly toothpaste
Use a straw for drinks like coffee or cola when you can
Rinse with water after eating or drinking dark foods
Avoid smoking or vaping, which can quickly stain teeth
Top-up treatments (especially with Boutique trays) can refresh your results easily
We will guide you on how to maintain your new shade – and if you ever want a boost later on, we’re here.
Whichever system you choose, the process is simple and fully supervised:
We make sure your teeth and gums are healthy, and that whitening is safe for you.
We take a quick digital scan of your teeth, which is sent to the Enlighten lab to create your perfectly fitted trays.
You will begin using a special serum to prepare your teeth. Once your trays arrive, we will check the fit and guide you through how to use everything at home.
Use the provided syringes to whiten your teeth at home over three weeks. The trays are comfortable, easy to wear, and designed to deliver powerful results.
After three weeks, you will return for a quick check-in – and leave with a fresh, natural-looking smile, guaranteed to reach a brilliant B1 shade.

The teeth whitening process

Whitening for life’s big (and small) moments
There is no right or wrong time to whiten your teeth – but for many people, it is something they choose around moments that matter.
- A wedding or engagement
- A special event or big celebration
- Job interviews or professional settings
- A holiday, honeymoon or fresh start
- Just wanting to feel more confident in photos
- Or simply… because it is something you have been meaning to do
You might be wondering...
Is whitening safe?
Yes – when done professionally. We use proven systems that are safe for enamel, and we’ll make sure your teeth are healthy before you start.
How white will my teeth get?
That depends on your starting shade and the system you choose. Boutique gives a lovely natural result, while Enlighten is designed to reach the brightest natural shade (B1).
Will it make my teeth sensitive?
Some people feel mild sensitivity during whitening, but this usually settles quickly. Enlighten includes a desensitising gel to help prevent it.
How long does whitening last?
With good care (and the occasional top-up), results can last for years. Avoiding heavy staining foods and good brushing habits will help your smile stay brighter for longer.
Can I whiten my crowns or fillings?
No – whitening only affects natural tooth enamel. If you have visible dental work, we’ll talk about how to match it if needed.
